What exactly does AKUGGI do?
We advise on and build tailored AI solutions for event professionals and businesses: personal productivity assistants, team and enterprise agents, company knowledge systems, chat and voice assistants, and connected workflows. We agree the scope, tools, access and human review before building.
Do we need to replace our existing tools?
Not necessarily. We start with the way you work and the tools you already use. We can build or configure solutions around platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude where their capabilities, access and terms fit the agreed use case. Integrations and costs are assessed before the scope is agreed.
How do you approach confidential information?
We agree what information is needed, who may access it and which tools are appropriate before a pilot. Data handling, review requirements and responsibilities form part of the engagement. Do not include confidential documents or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
